I saw the reviews here so wanted to visit as I’m looking for a new local hairdresser. A most disappointing experience. I stressed that I was looking for a hairdresser who used scissors rather than clippers and was assured about that on booking. On arrival I stressed that I wanted only a trim, a tidy up with minimum cut. The lady was pleasant but immediately used clippers to take off a high cut then followed up with scissors to take the cut close to the scalp. Possibly the most disappointing cut of my life, she did not listen to my request and I’m now faced with a very different hair style to which I’ve been accustomed. Will not be returning, am very unhappy feeling very let down
